If your package lost in transit or marked as delivered but, you didn't receive it, please contact the publisher for a replacement or refund in accordance to their policy. 

Oh no! Please send us the following information so we can best assist:

• Your order number
• Campaign / Name of the Item
• A description of the damage
• Photos of the damaged package and items.

No one wants an incomplete order! Send us the order number and name of the missing item so we can investigate.

If the item was part of the order submitted, we will ship this out to you.

If the item was not included in the order, we will notify the publisher for further instructions.

Certain campaigns require that we pre-print labels to expedite processing. This means a label is created but, the order has not been packed yet.

Depending on the size of the campaign, there may be a delay of 7-14 busines days from the moment it's printed to the moment an order is dispatched.
